| DIACROM S.A.I.C was founded
in 1953 by Mr. Emilio Brenner, who introduced the Hard Chrome
plating, a process practically unknown in South America in those
years.
Diacrom offers a wide range of high quality services to
industry, with more of half a century of service experience in
the Hard Chrome Plating and Grinding field.
Our Company provides manufacturing and reclaiming to customers
based in Argentina and the rest of Latin America, applying different
processes:

The company holds registration with the British Standards Institute
to ISO 9000:2000 issued by TUV RHEINLAND for manufacturing of
subsurface oil well pumps and polished rods, manufacturing and reconditioning
of parts by means of machining, hard chrome plating, electro plating,
metal spray and welding.
We reclaim large Diesel crankshafts, Cylinder lines, Aircraft
cylinders, Compressor liners, Copper rolls for the tin industry,
as well as rolls and ceramic coating for the paper industry.
We serve a wide range of industries which include:
Oil and Gas exploitation, nuclear power plants , hydraulics, water
and waste treatment, paper/board manufacture and conversion, printing,
textiles, military, aerospace, railways, navy, steel, food, rubber
and petrochemical .
Diacrom has specialized in the manufacturing of chrome plated,
stainless steel AISI 4142 and spray metal Polished rods for the
subsurface oil well pumps.
We have large facilities offering pre and post plating services
to provide high quality surface finishes.
Our plant offers facilities for plating components within a size
range of length of 4.400 mm. with diameters up to 1.500mm. and
with lifting capacities up to 10 tones.
The quality of the plated deposit and the surface control are
carried out strictly through the company's in-house Quality Control
Engineering department and its Process control Laboratory.
In addition to internal Quality controls, independent external
tests are conducted on customers' components to ascertain and
monitor consistent coating parameters.
The processes of Hard Chrome Plating, electroless Chrome plating
and electroless Nickel Plating present an outstanding corrosion
and wear resistance.
It is completely uniform and can be controlled to close tolerances
and is therefore ideal for plating complex items of different
sizes and shapes.
Our plant consists of plating stations which have been developed
specifically for the deposition of high quality, high corrosion
resistant coatings.
These coatings guarantee excellent wear resistance, free from
porosity, lamination and cracking. Its natural lubricity provides
excellent release and anti-galling properties and its self polishing
surface for molding operations. It reduces investment and operating
costs.

We offer a range of engineering support services to assist with
the correct maintenance and refurbishment processes during 24
hours around the clock, analyzing each client's particular needs,
with our specialized team of Engineers and highly specialized
and trained Technicians.
